The Support IT Service boasts unlimited remote and helpdesk support, and with Web Support Plus we have the ability to view and take over a customers machine, without having to attend site. We can then see exactly what the user sees and resolve issues usually straight away. Your problems can be investigated and resolved quicker than ever before.

Server and PC health checks can be done without having to attend site, and can be performed out of business hours making downtime a thing of the past. If an on-site support visit is needed, an engineer will arrange a convenient time and date and attend site. Depending on the package each month a provision of 4 to 8 hours onsite engineering support time is included.

At the end of each service the Engineer will complete a Service Record Form, which will confirm the original problem, findings on investigation, corrective action taken and any recommendations. This form will also indicate the time taken and will require the customer to sign for confirmation of their acceptance.
